Cancellation Policy
If you’ve placed an incorrect order or wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at +91 7357187794, or email us at Aaysakurtiss@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the merchandise is dispatched.

The deadline for cancellation requests is 24 hours from placing the order or before 5:00 PM IST (whichever is earlier).

Full refunds will be processed to the same online payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing may take up to 15 days from the cancellation request, depending on the issuing bank's policy.
What to include in the Refund Policy

Return Terms:

DO NOT send back the item before consulting us. Returns made without prior authorization will not be processed, and no credit or replacement will be issued.

Always report any issues with the item as soon as possible. The more specific you are about the problem, the better we can assist you.

Exchanges Only: We do not issue refunds for any purchases made online or offline. However, we do offer a one-time exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

If you wish to exchange an item, it is required that you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The reverse pickup request must also be initiated within this period.

We do not offer Credit Notes.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with the original tags, and in the original packaging.

The Return/Exchange Authorization Number must be clearly written on the parcel.

In case of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, or items that differ from what was ordered, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund, provided it meets the conditions mentioned above.

Courier Charges: Customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Used Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products.

Damage After Use: Aaysa is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product after it has been used.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for us to process your request.
